Melissa's Studio of Performing Arts has been in its new location for a little over
two years. The move was to accommodate the growth of the studio which has
continuously grown even bigger over the past two years. This past year, MSPA
had over 200 students!
With the move, MSPA acquired a Women's Only Fitness Faculty! Dance Mom's
who join the Women's Only Fitness Facility will receive a special dance mom
discount! MSPA Fitness is staffed with qualified trainers who ready and willing to

MSPA is staffed with 2 great teachers, 2 studios, and a dance supply boutique to

Our teachers give you a combined experience of 60 years.
MSPA offers classes for ages 19 months through adult. We offer
training in Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Cheerleading, Contemporary, and
Ballroom. MSPA also has a competition team called Melissa's Dance
Divas.

Recital 2012
This Year 's Recital was held Saturday, June 2, 2012 at the Clara Drinkwater
-NewmanAuditorium in Charleston. The recital was a huge success and
each show was packed! The theme was For the Love of Dance. Our
students danced beautifully to love themed songs choreographed by our very
talented teachers!
This years recital was not without emotion as we said goodbye to Mrs. Brandie
Maddox, our ballet teacher of five years. She, her husband-Paul, and son
Mason are embarking on a new journey in life in Wyoming and we
wish them all the best in their new chapter of life. We love you and we miss you!
We also said goodbye to two graduating high school seniors-Jecala Amos
and Haleigh Vowels. Jecala has been dancing with us for two years
and Haleigh has been dancing for 16 years! Good luck girls
on your future endeavors we wish you nothing but the best! We love you! God bless!
